ASM HORIZONTAL FURNACE SYSTEM

In year 2008, Amtech-Tempress Systems B.V. and ASM-International N.V. have entered into an agreement that transfers ASM-Europe Horizontal Furnace operations to -Korto Trading & Services- based in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

ASM-Europe started to builld the DFS-210, DFS-250, DFS-300 and PECVD systems in the early 1980's. More than 600 pcs. 2, 3 and 4 stack Furnaces were delivered from Bilthoven, The Netherlands to Semi-Conductors customer worldwide.

-Korto Trading & Services- has some decades of experience in building and servicing the former ASM-Europe Horizontal furnace systems.

Anno 2012 their are worldwide around 500 process-tubes still in production. Spareparts, Software-, On-site-support etc. are still needed.

As being a former ASM-Europe employee, from 1984 till 2003, I'm pleased to announce that all Semi-Conductors companies owning ASM Horizontal equipment can still rely on support and experience for the next comming years.
